SELECTION
We source our Defenders from Italy, where the dry Mediterranean climate helps preserve chassis and panels from rust and corrosion. Each vehicle is carefully chosen for its condition, originality, and potential.
DISASSEMBLY & CHASSIS
Every Defender undergoes a complete frame-off restoration. Every bolt, part, and system is removed from the chassis and meticulously inspected. Our expert restoration team, with over 50 years of combined Defender experience, addresses structural imperfections, media-blasts the frame, and applies advanced rustproofing treatments.
Our goal is to deliver a reliable, durable Defender that retains its true rugged heritage.
POWERPLANTS
We offer a selection of inline 4-cylinder 200Tdi, 300Tdi, and TD5 turbo diesel engines. Each engine is fully stripped down, inspected, and undergoes precision machining, measuring, and testing.
These engines receive more care and attention than they did when new — and it shows.
TRANSMISSIONS
Our Defenders are fitted with professionally rebuilt R380 5-speed manual transmissions for durability and performance. An automatic transmission upgrade is also available for clients who prefer a more relaxed driving experience.
We pair our powerplants to period appropriate R380 5-speed manual transmission. Our transmission specialists remove and rebuild the gearbox and clutch assemblies, replacing components with OEM or upgraded parts where necessary.
The system is rebuilt to better-than-new functionality. Each shift delivers performance you can feel.
Automatic transmissions are also available, depending on your vision.
BODYWORK
All body panels, bulkheads, and exterior metal components are stripped to bare metal, then carefully prepped, primed, and inspected before painting and sealing.
Each panel, roof, doors, fenders, hood, and sides, is treated individually to ensure perfect alignment during reassembly.
We offer a wide range of paint colors and finishes, and we’ll work with you to create custom color that is truly your own.
FINAL TESTING
All systems and components are reassembled and rigorously tested by our team. We ensure your Defender is fully operational, road-ready, and flawless before shipping and import.
