Vintage Rinasce is a specialty importer and restoration company focused on the high-quality customization of vintage Land Rover Defenders. Each build is hand-selected and professionally restored in Italy, then tailored to the client’s exact specifications. OUR STORY
It started on the roads of southern Italy — where olive groves give way to mountain trails, and rugged Defenders roll past vineyards and stone villages. Immersed in a culture built on trust and craftsmanship, I searched for a vehicle that carried the same spirit.

After exploring restorers across southern Europe, one stood above the rest — a small team restoring Defenders with honesty, attention to detail, and pride in their work. These weren’t just trucks — they were living pieces of mechanical history, reborn with care and meant to be driven.

My passion for quality and innovation was matched by theirs for the craft, and a lasting partnership was formed. That bond is the foundation of Vintage Rinasce — a company committed to importing Italy’s vintage Land Rover Defenders and giving them new life in the U.S.

We don’t do cookie-cutter restorations. Each build is completely custom and begins with a hand-picked Defender sourced from local Italian networks — a vehicle with real history. From there, we restore and upgrade it with obsessive attention to detail: every system, part, and bolt is removed from the frame where it is inspected by professionals with over 50 years of Defender restoration experience. All while ensuring the upgraded powertrains, tailored interiors, and modern touches never compromise authenticity.
